Jahvaya is a super passionate community body who cares deeply about community, equality and indigenous ways of being. Jahvayas super powers involve weaving people together, being a safe space, great listener and carrying her heart on her smile.

Charlotte Mitchell

Charlotte has been involved in the rangatahi space since leaving secondary school in 2019. She has worked as a Youth Advocate for the Electoral Commission and as a Youth Innovator in the Waikato Wellbeing Project. Through these roles she has seen how systems are negatively impacting our society and especially in regard to rangatahi. Coming on board the Seeds for Change Kaupapa Charlotte brings enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to supporting and uplifting our systems changemakers across Aotearoa

Molly Allen

Molly has been working alongside communities, learning and studying how best to support and understanding the diversity that make up the community within Aotearoa. Molly is passionate about supporting individuals and communities to achieve what is important to them, building capacity and capability.

Tania Pointon

Tania has been exploring leadership in social innovation spaces since 2009 - building bridges for collaboration and mindset shifts to activate systemic change. She is a passionate advocate for building capacity and capability in our young people as dynamic systems transformers.

Hayley James

Hayley is a passionate advocate for a sustainable fashion industry, and a storyteller exploring sustainability in all its facets. 
She has experience in social media, writing, digital marketing and sustainable and ethical fashion with history of working in the non-profit organization industry. 

The Seed Waikato board currently govern and act as the board for this organisation.
